The Green Village project is being created in the region of František Ferdinand d’Este, Josef Suk and Michal Viewegh. It will delight all those who wish to live in maximum privacy in the peaceful countryside and at the same time within a short distance of Prague. Real-Treuhand Reality & Development company is building stand-alone as well as terraced houses of the highest possible standard at the 16th hole of the championship course of Konopiště Golf Resort (d'Este course), not far from Benešov and Bystřice. The first phase of 21 houses is already complete and ready for occupancy.
Residential projects of the highest quality are no longer unique in our country today, but what gives them a hallmark of absolute distinction is an extraordinary location. And these are getting harder and harder to find. In one such location, adjacent to the d’Este golf course in Konopiště, the Green Village project by Real-Treuhand Reality & Development is being created. This will provide small family houses with an area of about 120 m2 of living space, and stand-alone villas with areas exceeding 300 m2, with the use of top quality materials and modern technologies.
Near the 16th hole of the largest Czech golf course at Konopiště Golf Resort, homes for people are being constructed with respect for the original landscape. The Green Village is ideal for residents who want the capital city within easy reach but, after a working day, like to leave the urban noise behind them and, on the contrary, spend time with the family in the tranquillity of Nature. The houses have been designed in accordance with a traditional village development. At the same time, the architects also took into consideration the social dimensions of living and have created an interesting solution of spaces between houses, to provide many semi-public and semi-private areas – a sphere of perfect harmonious living. The construction of the buildings themselves are thus designed by architects down to the last detail, such as the postboxes, shelters for rubbish bins and adequate parking spaces for cars. Part of the gardens and the parterre between houses provide space for storing necessary equipment.
The new project will enchant golf lovers who, with the purchase of a new house, will also receive two free memberships to the Konopiště Golf Resort. The district town of Benešov, located 8 kilometres distant, offers all civic amenities. Among many other services, there are 16 schools, including a grammar school, a health centre, winter sports centre and swimming pool complex. Relaxation is also provided by the luxurious Spa & Wellness Centre with indoor and outdoor pools, which is part of the Golf Resort. The Green Village will also include a sports ground, a pond and a park with an orchard.
The Green Village project has easy transport connections to the centre of Prague, as it is located close to major highways. There is a regular train service between Benešov and Prague city centre. All the requirements for good living are to be found in this vicinity.
Whether we like it or not, we are connected to Nature and our desire for its proximity grows increasingly. This can also be seen in the modern approach to development construction. A perfect example of connecting Nature with housing is the extensive Green Village project of the Real-Treuhand company. It is flourishing near Benešov and Konopiště Chateau, with the 2nd stage currently being completed, offering 25 family houses for immediate occupancy with a layout of 4-5 kk (3 to 4 bedrooms). However, Real-Treuhand has more unique projects prepared.

Above all, he considers it as the greatest success when the people around him and in the company are happy, healthy and successful. Perhaps this is also why his most popular historical figure is Jára Cimrman, the Czech fictional scientist and all-rounder. The most distant destination Pavel Wiesner has visited, however, is real – South Africa.
