Prague is changing and new flats are being built on almost its entire territory. But some addresses are much more attractive than others. Such is the still developing area in Libeň known as Palmovka. Real-Treuhand company has bet on the original architectural design of the Aulík Fišer architekti studio, to offers apartments and commercial premises in the already approved Rezidence Zenklova.
Advantageous Location
Real-Treuhand’s latest venture beautifies the former gap in Zenklova Street, with buildings ready for immediate occupation. Rezidence Zenklova combines an extraordinary number of benefits. The Metro is around the corner, shops are within easy reach and, most importantly, just a few minutes walk away, one is surrounded by the soothing green environment and the calm Vltava River.
Different Apartments for Everyone
Rezidence Zenklova itself is a pleasure for the eye. Its rounded corners are a harmonious invitation to the spacious and bright interiors, thanks to the generously designed windows, which are equipped with exterior blinds with electric control. There is also a pleasant view from the spacious roof terraces, where there are flower beds for greenery. However, the wood-panelled loggias are also impressive, belonging to the apartments with various layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk (studio to 3 bedrooms). Individual residential units have above-standard fittings and fixtures. For example, there is a charming three-layer wooden oak floor and a phosphate-free interior door. Selected apartments are equipped with air recuperating systems and preparation for air conditioning installation.
Light for a Better Life
The architects thought not only of interesting solutions for the residential units, but also for the communal areas. In particular, the generously designed illuminated entrance hall with a staircase, which is the actual centre of the building, is an area to allow residents to meet each other, or just daily to enjoy its space and the play of outdoor light within.
Parking and Commercial Premises
The appreciated advantage of Rezidence Zenklova in this part of Prague is also an adequate number of parking spaces and cellars in the underground floor. However, large commercial spaces were also incorporated, and these are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. As Jakub Fišer and Kristýna Zámostná from Aulík Fišer architekti, who designed the residence, add: “Designing this project was a pleasure for us: it is not “only” an apartment building, it is literally a contemporary, and yet a traditional town house, i.e. a house with multiple uses, which we think is very important for the life of the venue. Libeň has vibrant memories of the location and a significant history, a good position in the city, and therefore the potential to become an attractive city district like Karlín and Holešovice in its neighbourhood.”
Years of Experience
Real-Treuhand has been operating on the Czech market for more than 30 years, during which time it has delighted many of its clients. From the very beginning, the company was able to rely on the experience of its founders from abroad and the support of the parent bank, Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich. From the outset, each of its projects is also viewed in terms of the quality and future increase in value of individual buildings, which provides an extremely attractive bonus to those interested in investing.
Whether we like it or not, we are connected to Nature and our desire for its proximity grows increasingly. This can also be seen in the modern approach to development construction. A perfect example of connecting Nature with housing is the extensive Green Village project of the Real-Treuhand company. It is flourishing near Benešov and Konopiště Chateau, with the 2nd stage currently being completed, offering 25 family houses for immediate occupancy with a layout of 4-5 kk (3 to 4 bedrooms). However, Real-Treuhand has more unique projects prepared.
He has been working in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. He is happiest with good results and the satisfaction of clients and employees. Above all, he considers it as the greatest success when the people around him and in the company are happy, healthy and successful. He keeps fit with his favourite sports, which include mountain biking, skiing, running and golf. This also puts him in a good mood. Perhaps this is also why his most popular historical figure is Jára Cimrman, the Czech fictional scientist and all-rounder. The most distant destination Pavel Wiesner has visited, however, is real – South Africa.
