Whether we like it or not, we are connected to Nature and our desire for its proximity grows increasingly. This can also be seen in the modern approach to development construction. A perfect example of connecting Nature with housing is the extensive Green Village project of the Real-Treuhand company. It is flourishing near Benešov and Konopiště Chateau, with the 2nd stage currently being completed, offering 25 family houses for immediate occupancy with a layout of 4-5 kk (3 to 4 bedrooms). Such architecture supports the building of neighbourly relationships and interpersonal coexistence, but at the same time offers enough privacy for peace and rest.”

Real-Treuhand does not only focus on the capital, it also enhances other locations in the country. Kolín is now preparing for its big news – this town extends around the Elbe. Radimský Mill – the most interesting residential project in the wider area – will be built right on its banks. The reconstruction of the old building of Podskalský Mill and the new apartment buildings will create one whole, imbued with greenery and the atmosphere of a calmly flowing river. In short, it is ideal housing for families or for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. However, one can reach Prague quickly by train or car. After all, the train station, as well as the centre of Kolín with all services, including schools and kindergartens, are only a few minutes away from the Mill.
