Whether we like it or not, we are connected to Nature and our desire for its proximity grows increasingly. This can also be seen in the modern approach to development construction. A perfect example of connecting Nature with housing is the extensive Green Village project of the Real-Treuhand company. It is flourishing near Benešov and Konopiště Chateau, with the 2nd stage currently being completed, offering 25 family houses for immediate occupancy with a layout of 4-5 kk (3 to 4 bedrooms). However, Real-Treuhand has more unique projects prepared.
Green Village
Golf is one of the sports that exudes tranquillity and balance, and also often takes you to places filled with greenery. It was at the beautifully landscaped 45-hole Golf Resort Konopiště course that a new development was created, which, like golf, is dominated by green and white. The green is the beautiful undulating environment of the local meadows and pastures, and the white is the colour of the family houses. They line one of the streets of the new part of the village of Tvoršovice. It will become a distinctive new whole, with its own natural biotope in the form of two romantic lakes with a jetty and a waterfall.
Selling like Hot Cakes
The first stage of Green Village is already sold out. Now those interested in a new home are choosing among the houses of the second stage. Some look like brick houses, others have a coat of natural stone – travertine. Inside the family house surrounded by a garden, as in the first stage, there is perfect interior comfort, enhanced by a modern underfloor heating system with the use of a heat pump. It goes without saying that quality fittings and large windows make the surrounding Nature a part of the home. There are also plenty of parking spaces, including for visitors.
Place for a Happy Life
Green Village is a large project that returns to the old proven principles of connecting man with Nature, as well as with communal living in general. Gabriela Hasková and Gerhard Hackl, executives of Real-Treuhand, add to this: “The houses are intentionally built in such a way as to offer the characteristic intermediate spaces typical of a modern village environment. Such architecture supports the building of neighbourly relationships and interpersonal coexistence, but at the same time offers enough privacy for peace and rest.”
In the Centre of the Action
The Real-Treuhand company has built quite a few successful projects in more than the quarter of a century of its operations in the Czech Republic. Investments in these projects increase in value for their owners every year. It is already clear that this will also happen in the case of Rezidence Vyšehradská 33, which is currently under construction. Its great advantage is the location in the very heart of Prague and, at the same time, the high level of the project. It will offer up to 32 apartments and maisonettes in a renovated Classicist house and in a new building in the courtyard, with balconies, a terrace or a front garden. Let’s add garage spaces right in the centre of the capital and the proximity of all services, parks and the tranquil atmosphere of the Vltava River. The result is a unique opportunity to find a quality home in the centre of the action.
Joy of Life
To be close to work, to be in the city centre in an instant and to go for a walk in the greenery in your free time, or to the playground with your children... This is not a dream, but a reality that bears the name of Rezidence Zenklova. The white building with clean lines, containing apartments in high-quality materials, with large windows, loggias and roof terraces, is located near the Metro and tram stations and at the same time near the Vltava branches and Thomayer orchards. Residents can move in immediately, and can also celebrate finding their new home right across the street from the Palmovka Theatre, and the nearby restaurants and cafés.
A Mill of Pleasant Experiences
Real-Treuhand does not only focus on the capital, it also enhances other locations in the country. Kolín is now preparing for its big news – this town extends around the Elbe. Radimský Mill – the most interesting residential project in the wider area – will be built right on its banks. The reconstruction of the old building of Podskalský Mill and the new apartment buildings will create one whole, imbued with greenery and the atmosphere of a calmly flowing river. In short, it is ideal housing for families or for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. However, one can reach Prague quickly by train or car. After all, the train station, as well as the centre of Kolín with all services, including schools and kindergartens, are only a few minutes away from the Mill.
He has been working in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. He is happiest with good results and the satisfaction of clients and employees. Above all, he considers it as the greatest success when the people around him and in the company are happy, healthy and successful. He keeps fit with his favourite sports, which include mountain biking, skiing, running and golf. This also puts him in a good mood. Perhaps this is also why his most popular historical figure is Jára Cimrman, the Czech fictional scientist and all-rounder. The most distant destination Pavel Wiesner has visited, however, is real – South Africa.
